Pastry shop

Founded in 1975 on the initiative of Marco Bronzetti, the Bronzetti Pastry Shop began as a small family business producing croissants and leavened products for local distribution. Thanks to the success of the products, over the years we have transformed into a real point of sale, becoming a point of reference for the town of Lavis.

A few years after opening, Marco met Franca, his future wife and collaborator. Together they carried on the business of the pastry shop and in 1990 they bought the current premises, giving life to what is still the Bronzetti Pastry Shop today.

The tradition and the refinement of the raw materials have been handed down from father to son; in 2010, in fact, the son Gianluca officially became part of the pastry shop and became its owner in 2015. After his studies in the sector, he managed to combine the most genuine and emotional side with technique and organisational rigour, making the Bronzetti Pastry Shop a place of tradition, innovation and quality.

Starting out as a small family business, today Bronzetti Pastry Shop is an artisan pastry shop with a shop and cafeteria, staffed by more than 10 employees under the careful guidance of Gianluca Bronzetti and the participation of Marco and Franca.
